Job Description

Prestigious Westchester County Law Firm that specializes in complex, commercial litigation in both State and Federal Court, is seeking a motivated, Junior - Mid-level Associate to join its team of talented and accomplished attorneys. This opportunity is well suited for an entry-level to midlevel associate who wants meaningful responsibility in sophisticated commercial disputes and government-facing matters. The role offers hands-on involvement in significant cases, close collaboration with experienced litigators, and the chance to build a long-term practice in a high-performing environment. The ideal candidate will have:
1 to 6 years in a leading New York law firm; At least one federal clerkship and/or service as Assistant United States Attorney (highly preferred)A creative legal mind with an out-of-the-box approach to problem-solving;The desire to take ownership of their cases;A strong work ethic to handle the rigors of complex, interesting litigation matters;A desire to generate business;Experience working on complex commercial litigations; and excellent writing and research skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.
