Compensation:

$150,000-$200,000 + BonusA growing National law firm is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Litigation Counsel to join its Florida office. This role offers significant autonomy, direct client interaction, flexible work arrangements, and long-term growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Handle contested and uncontested foreclosure matters from inception through judgment
• Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, and manage all phases of litigation
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic legal guidance
• Independently manage a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines

Qualifications:

• Florida Bar license in good standing
• 5+ years of litigation experience preferred (3+ years considered)
• Experience in foreclosure litigation, creditors' rights, banking, commercial litigation, real estate, insurance-related matters, or similar practice areas
• Strong courtroom presence, advocacy, and communication skills
• Business development experience or interest is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
