We are looking for an experienced attorney to support a boutique firm on a part-time basis(20 hours/week.) This opportunity is well suited to a detail-oriented legal specialist who is confident managing core litigation tasks, from legal analysis and motion practice to discovery-related work. The role offers flexibility with remote work arrangements while contributing to active matters requiring strong writing, research, and case preparation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and interpret case law, statutes, and procedural rules to support litigation strategy.
• Prepare persuasive briefs, motions, and other court-facing documents with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
• Draft, review, and refine written discovery, including responses, requests, and related supporting materials.
• Assist with case development by organizing facts, identifying legal issues, and preparing materials for filings and hearings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to advance matters through each stage of the litigation process.
• Maintain thorough documentation and case records to ensure consistency, responsiveness, and procedural compliance.
