Job Description
Sheppard is seeking a non-partnership-track, staff attorney with 10+ years of bankruptcy and litigation experience. We are excited to offer a unique opportunity within our Bankruptcy Litigation practice in the Orange County office for a full or part-time Bankruptcy Litigation Attorney. This role is tailored for experienced attorneys seeking to balance a fulfilling career with personal commitments, offering a flexible, reduced-hours work schedule. In line with our modern approach to work, we are open to this position being primarily remote, with the preference that the candidate resides in California to facilitate timely collaboration as needed. As a global Am Law 50 full-service law firm, Sheppard boasts over 1,200 attorneys across 16 offices worldwide, with the Orange County office alone housing over 100 attorneys.
