- Law Office Of Conrad Bayelle & Associates, LLC is searching for an Experienced Associate Immigration Attorney to assist with meeting with clients to ascertain their needs and representing clients' interests at interviews with the United States Citizenship Immigration Services and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (Immigration Court).
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate or LLM (Any State Bar Admission Required) Immigration law experience (3 years min Required) Strong case management, legal research, and legal writing skills, Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a large team. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment. and help them tell their compelling stories within the framework of the law. The ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines. Comfort using case management software, Microsoft Word, Adobe, and other programs standard to day-to-day work in the office. Excellent is knowledge of legal research techniques and databases. Ideal candidate is a self-starter who will take the initiative to get things done.
