Job Summary A respected and growing legal services firm is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney to join its Doylestown, PA team. Key Responsibilities
- Handle all phases of business and commercial litigation matters, including research, drafting, discovery, document review, and case preparation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, memoranda of law, and other litigation documents.
- Assist with deposition preparation, hearings, mediations, settlement discussions, and trial preparation.
- Work directly with clients to provide clear communication, case updates, and responsive legal support.
- Review and analyze documents using electronic review platforms and document management systems.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to manage deadlines, case strategy, and high-quality work product. Compensation and Benefits
Salary:
$100,000 to $135,000 per year, with $135,000+ possible based on experience and qualifications.- Direct hire opportunity.
Location:
Doylestown, PA 18901.- Hybrid schedule available following successful completion of the initial 90-day onboarding period. Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage business litigation, commercial litigation, civil litigation, contract dispute, and general commercial dispute matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct legal research, document review, deposition preparation, hearing preparation, mediation preparation, and trial preparation.
- Communicate directly with clients while helping manage case strategy, deadlines, and litigation workflows.
- Active Pennsylvania Bar License and member in good standing.
- 2-4 years of business litigation or commercial litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and memoranda of law.
- Significant document review experience using electronic review platforms.
- Experience assisting with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling complex commercial or business disputes.
- Familiarity with document management systems.
- Experience using iManage or similar document management software.
- Experience with e-discovery and electronic document review platforms.
- Trial preparation experience.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Experience with shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, corporate litigation, or contract disputes.
