We pride ourselves on providing high quality, effective and efficient legal representation to our clients. We currently proudly serve creditors in AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MA, OR, UT, TX, and WA. We represent many of the largest U.S. banks. Our Firm is currently in a high-growth period, we are looking for an eager CA licensed attorney to jump in and assist our law high-volume Firm in reviewing digital and wet-ink California documents from Washington State. We have a great team of attorneys and a large support staff. Pay & Benefits Pay is dependent on experience Medical & dental subsidized Paid time off & holidays 401k with 6% match Life insurance Gym membership subsidized Qualifications Required Education - JD Actively barred in: California Resides in Washington State - within commuting distance of Kirkland, WA Bonus Qualifications Knowledgeable regarding litigation practice, the Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and federal statutes such as the FDCPA Barred in additional states Responsibilities Work from headquarters located in Kirkland, WA Review and approve pleadings and correspondence Conduct legal research and writing Negotiate and work to resolve matters prior to trial Make intermittent remote court appearances on behalf of our clients There is no billable-hour component to this role
