Excellent academic credentials; large law firm or elite boutique experience preferred. Generative AI proficiency for legal research, drafting, and analysis, with sound judgment regarding confidentiality and ethical use. Sports finance experience is a plus, not required. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship. Roles & Responsibilities Represent banks, private credit funds, BDCs, and institutional lenders in complex cash flow financing transactions. Handle acquisition finance, senior secured and mezzanine debt, junior capital, and sports finance matters. Structure, draft, and negotiate financing documents and manage transactions through closing. $260,000-$400,000/year, based on attorney level, qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors.
