Sintia Solis Law Firm, PLLC is seeking an experienced, bilingual Civil Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience practicing family law, personal injury, or other civil matters. This position requires an attorney who can independently manage cases from start to finish, represent clients in legal proceedings, negotiate settlements, and collaborate effectively with attorneys and support staff when needed. We are looking for a motivated attorney who is organized, communicates effectively, and is comfortable handling cases independently while collaborating with our legal team. This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Responsibilities Independently manage cases involving family law, personal injury, and other civil matters from start to finish. Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and other legal documents. Represent clients at mediations, hearings, trials, and other court proceedings. Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other parties involved in legal matters. Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes on behalf of clients. Review case files, evaluate legal options, and provide guidance to clients. Maintain organized and accurate case files and ensure deadlines are met. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure cases are handled efficiently. Qualifications Active license to practice law in Texas and a valid State Bar of Texas card. Minimum of two years of experience in family law, personal injury, or other civil litigation matters. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Experience attending hearings, mediations, and trials. Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to independently manage multiple cases and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a legal team. Must be available to work in person Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
