Job Description Handle a diverse caseload involving civil litigation matters from initial strategy through resolution. Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Manage discovery, depositions, hearings, negotiations, and other litigation activities. Communicate directly with clients and provide practical, business-minded legal guidance. Collaborate with attorneys and professional staff to develop effective strategies and deliver excellent client service. Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings as appropriate. Manage deadlines, case files, and competing priorities with strong attention to detail. Contribute to a team-oriented practice while taking ownership of assigned matters. Qualifications Active Texas Bar license in good standing. Civil litigation experience strongly preferred. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage cases independently while working effectively within a team. Professional judgment, attention to detail, and strong client-service skills. Ability and willingness to work in person in Amarillo when needed.
