to clients, to the community, to colleagues, and to the profession. The Opportunity 🏛️ Our client is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their busy practice group. The successful candidate will work across a broad range of litigation matters — including general business and commercial litigation, insurance defense, medical malpractice, probate litigation, domestic relations, construction litigation, and employment matters — while working closely with attorneys throughout the firm. What You'll Do Research and analyze the law on complex issues and write memoranda for submission to a supervising attorney Synthesize legal research and analysis into well-crafted pleadings Draft and respond to written discovery requests Take and defend depositions Appear at mediations and in court for motion hearings and trials Interact directly with clients and opposing counsel Qualifications 📋 Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution JD from an accredited law school Admission to the New Hampshire Bar At least 4 years of experience as a licensed attorney in a law firm setting Exceptional written and oral communication skills Strong legal research skills What We're Looking For A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Quick to absorb and retain new information Strong problem-solving instincts and sound judgment Ability to prioritize and execute under pressure Client-focused approach with meticulous attention to detail Strong work ethic What's Offered ✨ Comprehensive benefits package Hybrid work schedule flexibility A collegial, service-driven culture with deep community ties All applications and inquiries will be held in confidence.
