Manage cases from inception through resolution- Draft pleadings, motions, and concise legal briefs
- Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings
- Develop litigation strategy and maintain direct client communication
- Work closely with partners on complex legal issues

California Bar in good standing- Strong civil litigation foundation
