CIVIL LITIGATION ATTORNEY
(REMOTE) Boutique

You just passed the Bar or you're early in your litigation journey, and you're ready to actually litigate , not wait your turn. Here, there's no hierarchy blocking you, no years-long wait before you touch a file, and no "junior associate" busywork. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage cases from inception through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and concise legal briefs
  • Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings
  • Develop litigation strategy and maintain direct client communication
  • Work closely with partners on complex legal issues
WHAT DEFINES YOU
California Bar in good standing
  • Strong civil litigation foundation
  • Exceptional writing and analytical skills
  • Professional, composed, and attentive to detail
  • Comfortable with autonomy and high expectations
