•:first-child]:mt-0 [&_>•:last-child]:mb-0" data-renderer="lm"> Civil Litigation Defense Attorney - Fully Remote (Michigan No‑Fault / Insurance Defense) I am partnering with a well-regarded civil litigation firm that is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney for a fully remote position. This is an excellent opportunity for a defense-side litigator who wants meaningful file ownership, sophisticated work, and true flexibility while remaining anchored to a reputable, trial-tested team. The firm is looking for an attorney with experience in civil litigation defense, with a strong preference for backgrounds in commercial/trucking and transportation matters, insurance defense (including first- and third-party no‑fault/PIP), subrogation, general negligence, and/or personal injury defense. The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses.
