Commercial Bankruptcy Attorney | Chapter 11 | Remote A respected law firm is seeking a Commercial Bankruptcy Attorney with 7+ years of experience to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with substantial Chapter 11 and corporate bankruptcy experience who enjoys advising businesses through complex financial and restructuring matters. What You'll Do Handle sophisticated Chapter 11 and commercial bankruptcy matters Advise corporate clients on restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy-related issues Represent businesses throughout bankruptcy proceedings and related negotiations Develop strategies for clients facing financial distress and complex restructuring matters Work directly with corporate clients and other stakeholders to navigate bankruptcy and restructuring issues What We're Looking For 7+ years of bankruptcy experience Strong background in Chapter 11 and corporate/commercial bankruptcy Experience advising corporations and businesses on bankruptcy and restructuring matters Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and client counseling skills Ability to independently manage sophisticated matters Any State Bar admission considered What You'll Get Sophisticated Chapter 11 and corporate bankruptcy work No billable hour requirement Fully remote opportunity Competitive compensation of $150,000-$225,000 Opportunity to work directly with corporate clients Strong platform for continued professional growth and advancement If you're a commercial bankruptcy attorney looking for sophisticated Chapter 11 work without a billable-hour requirement, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
