Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its growing Nashville practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate looking for sophisticated transactional work, meaningful client exposure, and long-term advancement within a collaborative team. The attorney will work on a broad range of complex commercial real estate matters, with a particular focus on acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial leasing . The position offers hands-on responsibility and the opportunity to work directly with experienced attorneys and sophisticated clients on significant transactions.

Responsibilities:

Handle commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases Manage due diligence and transaction closings Assist with development and other property-related agreements Advise clients throughout the lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other transaction participants

Qualifications:

Approximately 3-5 years of sophisticated commercial real estate experience Strong acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial leasing background Meaningful experience drafting and negotiating transactional documents Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills Ability to take ownership of substantive portions of transactions Tennessee Bar admission or ability to obtain admission Ability to work from the Nashville area
