Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Complex Litigation Attorney to provide trial support for a boutique litigation firm based in Washington, DC.

• This is a fully remote role
• The anticipated duration is 6+ months
• The position will offer the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• Demonstrated experience handling complex litigation matters
• Strong background in legal research, writing, and drafting of substantive legal documents
• Experience utilizing Relativity or comparable eDiscovery platforms
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• No plaintiff experience permitted

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior work experience at an Am Law 200 firm preferred.
• Antitrust litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Product liability litigation experience is a plus.
• Experience serving as an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) is highly desirable.
• Prior federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
