Location:
Saddle River, NJ — Hybrid, with 1 day remote per week and the remaining days working collaboratively in the office.
Note :
Must have an active New Jersey bar license and at least 2 years of directly relevant construction law experience. Job Description Represent clients in construction disputes, contract matters, and related commercial litigation. Analyze and advise on construction contracts, project issues, claims, and risk. Handle matters involving construction litigation, arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution. Draft and review contracts, pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and develop effective strategies for complex construction matters. Communicate directly with clients and provide practical, business-focused legal guidance. Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to manage matters efficiently and deliver high-quality results. Develop deeper expertise across construction law while taking increasing ownership of client matters. Qualifications Active New Jersey bar license in good standing. 2+ years of construction law experience. A book of business is preferred. Experience with construction disputes, contracts, litigation, or related project counseling. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a collaborative environment. Strong judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to client service. $150,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
