This is a REMOTE position as long as you live in Florida! Our firm has experienced significant and aggressive growth over the past few years, and we are seeking a client-service-oriented, full-time construction litigation associate attorney experienced in handling disputes between contractors and owners to join our team as our fourth associate attorney. Our law firm is positioned as Florida's Premier Residential Construction Law Firm for Homeowners. The role involves providing legal advice and guidance to homeowners, contractors, HOAs, and Condo Associations regarding their construction projects, actively litigating cases, handling depositions, attending court hearings, drafting contracts, negotiating on behalf of homeowners with contractors or other lawyers, and all phases of litigation. Our office is in Boca Raton. We do work throughout the entire State of Florida. This position can be filled by a Florida-licensed attorney working anywhere and promises to be extremely rewarding.
