Position Overview:
Day Pitney's Corporate & Business Law Department is seeking a highly motivated associate with 3-5 years of corporate transactional experience to join our growing team. Candidates should have experience in a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, debt and equity financings, venture capital financings, strategic joint ventures, capital markets transactions, corporate governance, licensing matters, and general corporate transactional matters. Ideal candidates will have experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including disclosure schedules, asset purchase agreements, operating agreements, and stock purchase agreements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated and challenging matters in a collaborative and team-oriented environment. Hybrid Work Environment Day Pitney recognizes the value of flexible working arrangements alongside the benefits of in-office collaboration. To support both, the firm offers a hybrid work environment that allows attorneys to work remotely two days per week.Requirements:
