Flaster Greenberg PC is seeking a Corporate Attorney with a strong desire to grow our Business and Corporate practice with flexibility to work from our Conshohocken, Philadelphia or Cherry Hill office locations or remotely, if outside of this geographic area. We offer a great platform for an ambitious, entrepreneurial attorney with experience in the following areas: business formation and succession planning, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, securities and corporate finance, and contracts and corporate agreements. Ideally, we seek someone barred in PA and/or NJ; LLM in Taxation is plus. While a book of business is preferred, it is not a requirement.
