Confidential Employer. Job Description Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other sophisticated corporate transactions. Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, merger agreements, transaction documents, and related corporate agreements. Manage key aspects of transactions and play a meaningful role from initial structuring through closing. Provide ongoing general corporate counseling and strategic legal guidance to clients. Work closely with partners, clients, opposing counsel, and other advisors to move transactions forward efficiently.
