Lawrenceville, Georgia - Hybrid position offering a combination of in-office collaboration, court appearances, and flexibility.

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and have at least 1 year of criminal law experience to be considered. Confidential Employer. Job Description Represent clients in criminal defense matters from intake through resolution. Manage an independent caseload while maintaining exceptional client communication. Appear regularly in court across multiple Georgia counties. Draft motions, pleadings, legal correspondence, and other litigation documents. Negotiate with prosecutors and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes. Develop case strategies and prepare matters for hearings and trial. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver outstanding client service. Utilize modern legal technology and case management systems in a paperless environment. Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and responsive service. Qualifications Active Georgia Bar license required. 1+ year of criminal law experience. Criminal defense courtroom experience strongly preferred. Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Strong organizational and case management abilities. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced practice. Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude. Comfortable using legal technology and case management software. $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
