This role is remote-first, with travel required only when it counts: key meetings, depositions, and court appearances. What You'll Own Full-cycle PAGA litigation: strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, settlement, and trial Advisory work helping clients stay ahead of California labor/employment risk and PAGA exposure Real-time tracking of PAGA case law and regulatory shifts, turned into actionable client guidance Client relationships rooted in trust, responsiveness, and sound counsel Business development: presentations, networking, and new-client growth Mentorship of junior attorneys and staff, with oversight of work product and case outcomes What You Bring 10 years of Employment Law experience, primarily on the defense side.
