We are a full-service law firm that has been in existence for 24+ years. We have a robust and rapidly growing existing estate planning and probate book of business. We have existing experienced shareholders that will help train and mentor you and paralegals experienced in this area. We are looking for an attorney who wants to perform estate planning and probate work as their primary focus. We offer a reasonable expectation for workload (1,500 billable hour requirement) that allows for a nice work-life balance. This can be a partner-track position or a non-partner track position depending on the attorney's preference. This is primarily an "in-person" position with some remote work opportunities available. Attorney should be licensed in Missouri or able to become licensed in Missouri and willing to live and work in St. Joseph, Missouri or immediate surrounding area.
