We are hiring an Estate Planning Attorney for our growing Fairbanks firm. We do proactive planning that gives families clarity, fewer fights, and peace of mind. Entry level or experienced attorneys are both welcome. Estate planning experience is preferred but not required, and we will train the right candidate in our systems. The firm generates the consultations for you.

What we offer:

Four day workweek, Monday through Thursday $90,000+ DOE, prorated for part time Monthly and annual bonuses tied to collectables Employer paid bar dues, CLEs, and malpractice insurance 12 paid holidays plus vacation Simple IRA with matching Based in our Fairbanks office, with remote flexibility once you are trained and established. You must live in or relocate to the Fairbanks area.

Not admitted in Alaska yet? Apply anyway. You may qualify by UBE score transfer or admission on motion, and under Alaska Bar Rule 44 we can petition to supervise you for up to twelve months so you can practice and get paid while your admission is pending. We will help with the application.
