Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert legal counsel and representation in a variety of practice areas, including Family, Civil, Probate, and Estate Planning matters. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex legal processes with confidence and clarity. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about advocating for clients while demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of legal procedure and the rules of the Hawaii Courts. Your proactive approach will ensure clients receive personalized solutions aligned with their needs and goals. You MUST be able to travel to the Big Island and other islands on a regularly basis for Court proceedings. You MUST have an active attorney license in the State of Hawaii with the Hawaii State Bar Association. Duties Represent clients in court proceedings. Draft and review legal documents such as complaints, answers, motions, petitions, wills, POA's, deeds, P64 tax forms, and advance directives. Provide legal analysis and advice that aligns with clients' best interests while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor Manage all aspects of case preparation from initial consultation through resolution Maintain meticulous records of case files and correspondence in the law office management system Stay current on evolving laws and regulations through ongoing research and professional development Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in Hawaii Proven experience as an Attorney with a strong track record of successful case outcomes Extensive knowledge of legal procedure, statutes, and the various rules of the Hawaii Courts. Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise legal drafting and documentation Legal administrative experience to efficiently manage case files and deadlines Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Join us if you're driven by a passion for helping Clients through challenging times and planning for the future!
