We offer both full-time and part-time arrangements to qualified attorney candidates. What You'll Do Handle litigation matters from the inception through resolution. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions and other litigation documents. Manage discovery, including document review and written discovery. Take and defend depositions. Appear in court for conferences and motions. Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, opposing counsel and the court. What We're Looking For Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Member in good standing with the New York Bar. 3 to 10 years of litigation experience. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills. Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with attorneys and staff.
