Manage family law matters from intake through resolution, including hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations Handle discovery end to end, including drafting and responding, reviewing production, and preparing motions when needed Prepare clear, accurate, and timely pleadings and legal documents Develop practical case strategies focused on strong outcomes and cost efficiency for clients Advise and support clients through emotionally complex situations with empathy and confidence Appear in court for hearings and conferences; trial exposure without pressure to be first chair Track billable time and manage a steady caseload independently Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a team-oriented environment Mentor junior team members and assist with training as needed Stay current on California family law developments and best practices Must-Haves as the

This Role Offers:
