What You'll Do:

Manage family law cases from intake through resolution Communicate with clients, attorneys, courts, and opposing counselPrepare pleadings, correspondence, discovery, financial documents, and other legal documents Assist with hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial preparationTrack deadlines, filings, and case activity Organize case files and supporting documentation Provide knowledgeable and professional support to attorneys and clients

What We're Looking For :

2+ years of family law paralegal experience preferred Strong organization and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Familiarity with Florida family law and Florida Courts E-Filing Portal preferred Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
