Note :
5+ years of directly relevant family law paralegal experience is required. Job Description Support attorneys throughout the lifecycle of family law cases from intake through resolution. Prepare, organize, and maintain case files, pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents. Assist with preparation for hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials. Coordinate discovery and help gather, organize, and analyze case-related documentation. Prepare and manage Judicial Council forms and supporting documentation as directed. Assist with drafting declarations, pleadings, discovery responses, settlement documents, and other case materials. Track deadlines, court dates, filings, and case requirements to keep matters moving efficiently. Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties. Support attorneys with case preparation and help ensure files remain accurate, organized, and trial-ready. Work effectively in a paperless, technology-driven legal environment. Qualifications 5+ years of family law paralegal experience. Strong knowledge of California family law procedures and documentation. Experience supporting divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and related matters. Strong organizational, writing, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with minimal supervision. Proficiency with legal technology and electronic case management systems. Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused approach.
