Experienced Colorado Family Law Paralegal | Full-Time | Hybrid or Remote | $60,000-$100,000 Hinds & Hinds Family Law, P.C. is seeking an experienced Colorado family law paralegal who takes pride in exceptional work but also values a sustainable professional life. With roots going back to 1968, Hinds & Hinds is a boutique Colorado family law firm with a longstanding reputation for knowledgeable, individualized representation. Our attorneys average more than 25 years of family law experience and handle matters ranging from amicable, uncontested divorces to high-conflict parenting disputes, complex financial cases, and substantial property divisions. Our firm was built around a clear vision: provide exceptional legal representation, prioritize the well-being of children during family disputes, tailor each strategy to the client's individual needs and goals, and keep clients informed throughout the process. We are looking for an experienced paralegal who shares those values and wants to become an important member of an established and collaborative team. High-Level Work in a Sustainable Environment Family law is demanding, and excellent client service requires commitment, sound judgment, and attention to detail. We also believe that consistently excellent work is best performed by professionals who have the ability to maintain full and meaningful lives outside the office. Hinds & Hinds offers a professional environment in which experienced paralegals are trusted, respected, and given meaningful responsibility. We value efficiency, initiative, organization, and results—not unnecessary formality or performative busyness. This position may be performed on a hybrid or fully remote basis. We focus on the quality, timeliness, and reliability of the work rather than requiring employees to be in the office simply for the sake of being present. Our flexible vacation policy allows team members to take time away when they need it, subject to responsible coordination of deadlines, hearings, client needs, and coverage. This is an opportunity to perform sophisticated family law work alongside experienced attorneys without sacrificing the balance necessary for a sustainable long-term career. The Role Our paralegals play a substantive role in the management and resolution of family law matters. They work closely with attorneys and clients, help maintain the organization and momentum of each case, and anticipate what will be needed before a deadline becomes urgent. This position requires excellent judgment, initiative, discretion, and communication skills.
