Based in Deerfield Beach, this role is ideal for an entrepreneurial legal leader with a strong background in litigation, compliance, and process improvement. You will work with a team of talented attorneys, ensure compliance with state and client regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional departments—including IT, contact center, and operations—to support a best-in-class legal practice. Responsibilities Work with a team of Florida-based attorneys, fostering collaboration, high performance, and professional growth Oversee legal operations and workflows to maximize efficiency and compliance Respond to internal and external audits, client inquiries, and compliance requests Partner with our technology team to implement scalable, compliant legal processes Serve as the subject matter expert on Florida creditors' rights law and provide guidance to both legal and non-legal stakeholders Experience J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida (additional licensure in NY, NJ, TX, or VA is a plus, but not required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven organizational, leadership, and legal process management abilities Comfortable working in a hybrid or in-office role in Deerfield Beach, FL Adaptable, forward-thinking, and committed to compliance and excellence Supplemental Pay Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate Deerfield Beach, FL 33441: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Apply now to be part of a forward-thinking firm where your legal leadership will drive change and deliver results.
