$120,000 - $200,000 per year Job Details - We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Litigation Attorney specializing in Foreclosure and Creditors' Rights to join our esteemed legal team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the legal industry, particularly in the areas of foreclosure, creditors' rights, and bankruptcy litigation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills, a strong commitment to client service, and a proven track record in lender representation and default servicing.

Responsibilities:

Represent and counsel clients on matters related to foreclosure, creditors' rights, and bankruptcy litigation. Provide expert advice on mortgage servicing, loss mitigation, and REO. Conduct comprehensive discovery and case strategy development to ensure successful litigation outcomes. Attend court appearances, draft and argue motions, and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of creditor-side laws and regulations, and ensure all case handling and court filings are compliant. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to manage a high-volume caseload effectively. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and strategic advice. Conduct title litigation and manage all aspects of default servicing.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation attorney, with a focus on foreclosure, creditors' rights, bankruptcy litigation, and lender representation. Proven experience in mortgage servicing, motion practice, default servicing, loss mitigation, REO, and title litigation. Exceptional negotiation skills, with a track record of successful settlement negotiation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective case strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively and efficiently. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Proficiency in legal research and writing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with electronic case management systems is a plus.
