Florida Are you an experienced litigation attorney looking for a collaborative firm where competitive pay actually aligns with a manageable workload? A leading Florida defense firm is looking for a General Liability Associate or Senior Associate (5+ years of experience) to independently manage cases in a genuinely supportive environment. Here, you'll have dedicated staff support and a billing structure designed so you can meet your goals without working evenings or weekends.

What You'll Do Take Ownership:

Autonomously manage General Liability cases from intake to resolution.

Focus Areas:

Handle matters primarily in Auto Defense, Premises Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Product Liability.

Litigate & Advocate:

Draft substantive motions, take depositions, represent clients in court, and handle mediations and settlement negotiations.

Collaborate:

Partner with an energetic, team-oriented group and a dedicated support staff.

What We're Looking For Licensure:

Active Florida Bar license in good standing.

Experience:

5+ years in litigation, with a strong background in auto defense and premises liability.

Skills:

Demonstrated ability to handle defense files independently with sound legal judgment.
