- Employer Defense Group, LLP is seeking a General Liability Defense Attorney!
Location :
California Resident (100% remote / hybrid / in-office flexibility; however, must be willing to travel throughout California)Salary Range :

Desired Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years in general liability defense litigation Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active California Bar license Strong knowledge of California state and federal court procedures. Experience with insurance defense and a diverse caseload of general liability defense matters, including premises liability, personal injury, property damage, and other related claims Trial experience Experience with case management platforms such as MerusCase- This Is Not Open to Headhunters, Third-Party Recruiters, or Staffing Agencies
