Job Summary Job Overview A law firm seeks a Governmental Entity Liability Associate in Riverside, CA. This role offers remote work flexibility, allowing for a portion of the workweek to be conducted remotely. The firm provides a collaborative environment with access to resources from anywhere.

Duties Manage discovery processes, including drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients, maintaining compliance with case management requirements.

Evaluate, analyze, and execute litigation strategies effectively.

Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout litigation.

Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing.

Prior law enforcement or military experience is a plus.

Criminal defense experience is welcomed.

Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications Active membership in the California State Bar.

Skills Strong communication and advocacy skills.

Effective time management and deadline adherence.
