Hybrid Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an exceptional litigation attorney to join our California office. The position requires you to manage cases throughout all phases of litigation including preparing for trial. Excellent oral and written advocacy skills are a must. As a professional, you should exercise good judgment and initiative. Qualifications 4-7 years of defense litigation experience Hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through resolution Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law preferred Must be admitted to practice in CA Why should you work for Foley Mansfield?
