Job Description

Foley & Mansfield, a professional limited liability partnership, is a national law firm with more than 110 attorneys in offices from coast to coast. We provide legal expertise, creative solutions and extensive trial experience for large corporations, small businesses and individuals. We are seeking an exceptional litigation attorney to join our California office. The position requires you to manage cases throughout all phases of litigation including preparing for trial. Excellent oral and written advocacy skills are a must. As a professional, you should exercise good judgment and initiative. This is a position for a top-notch candidate with a solid start to their practice. This position is hybrid with flexibility on in office vs. remote days. Qualifications 4-7 years of defense litigation experience Hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through resolution Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law preferred Must be admitted to practice in CA Why should you work for Foley Mansfield?
