Job Summary World Relief is seeking a licensed Immigration Attorney to provide expert legal counsel and representation to immigrants pursuing a variety of immigration benefits. This role involves working directly with clients to navigate complex immigration laws and procedures, including asylum, cancellation of removal, motions, TPS, U/T/VAWA, refugee and asylee adjustments, family reunification, DACA, naturalization, and records checks. The position is based in our Garden Grove office and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of immigrants seeking legal support. Fluency in languages such as Spanish, Ukrainian, Dari, Pashto, or Far is considered a plus. Responsibilities Provide direct legal counsel and representation to clients seeking affirmative and defensive immigration benefits. Assist clients with applications for asylum, cancellation of removal, temporary protected status (TPS), U/T/VAWA petitions, refugee and asylee adjustments, family reunification processes, DACA applications, naturalization procedures, and records checks. Prepare and file legal documents accurately and timely in accordance with immigration laws and regulations. Develop case strategies tailored to individual client needs and circumstances. Advocate on behalf of clients in immigration court proceedings when necessary. Maintain detailed case records and ensure compliance with all legal standards and ethical practices. Stay current on changes in immigration law and policy to provide informed legal advice. Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to support immigrant clients effectively. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in immigration law with a strong understanding of affirmative and defensive immigration processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients from diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple cases simultaneously. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in any of the following languages is a plus: Spanish, Ukrainian, Dari, Pashto, or Far. Pay:

$70,196.00 - $84,351.00 per year
