We are expanding our team and seeking three experienced Immigration Attorneys to join us in hybrid roles. General Immigration Attorney Responsibilities:

Handle a broad range of immigration matters including family-based petitions, employment-based visas, naturalization, and waivers. Prepare and submit applications to USCIS and other relevant agencies. Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies. Stay current with immigration laws and policy changes.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership. Minimum 5 years of experience in general immigration law. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
