We are a dynamic and client-focused immigration law firm committed to delivering high-quality legal services to individuals, families, and businesses navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration law. We are expanding our team and seeking three experienced Immigration Attorneys to join us in hybrid roles. Each position offers a unique opportunity to specialize and grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.
General Immigration Attorney Responsibilities:
Handle a broad range of immigration matters including family-based petitions, employment-based visas, naturalization, and waivers. Prepare and submit applications to USCIS and other relevant agencies. Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies. Stay current with immigration laws and policy changes.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership. Minimum 5 years of experience in general immigration law. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
