• Base + KPI bonus We're looking for an experienced immigration attorney to take real ownership of a caseload — not just work assigned files, but shape how cases are screened, prioritized, and run.

Why this role beats going solo: you get the autonomy — your standards, your case judgment, your client relationships — without the overhead. The firm covers filing costs, marketing and intake, and malpractice coverage. Your base lands every two weeks regardless of case volume that month, plus a KPI bonus on top, tied to metrics we agree on together (not volume over quality). What you'd own: case acceptance criteria, workflow, and client communication standards across family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian matters — including AOS, N-400, PERM/labor certification, H-1B and other nonimmigrant petitions, removal defense, and USCIS follow-up (RFEs, expedites, congressional inquiries). You set the bar; we back it.
