Ideal candidates must have a working knowledge of EOIR forms/procedures, deportation relief, Asylum/D-CAT/Withholding, Waivers, Bonds, and the overall removal process. This position will be for detained and non-detained clients, and will require representation in court before EOIR. Qualifications/Requirements:

Immigration:

2+ Years in U.S. Immigration Law as an Attorney ( required ) Immigration Law Firm Experience (or equivalent): 2+ Years ( required ) Experience in Removal Defence Cases ( required ) US Work Authorization Bi-lingual (English/Spanish Strongly Preferred) Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Candidates must have a working knowledge of most of the following: EOIR 42A/42B, Asylum/Withholding/D-CAT, Waivers, Habeas Petitions, and Bond Procedures ( required ). Understanding of how cases move through EOIR.

Must be able to:

Job Location:
