We have an immediate opening for a full-time attorney with 1-5 years of experience in litigation. Medical malpractice is helpful, but not necessary. The first six months of training requires full-time in-office, but transitions to hybrid in-office/remote once training is complete. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California.

Qualifications Responsibilities include:

court appearances, drafting motions, conducting depositions, discovery, summarizing medical records and pre-trial/arbitration work. The work environment is supportive and collaborative, and includes an excellent support staff. We have a robust document management system, which maximizes attorney productivity both remotely and on-site. The firm offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits.
