Join a reputable insurance defense firm in Nashville dedicated to delivering top-notch legal services. Our firm provides a collaborative environment and values a balance between in-office and remote work. We are seeking a skilled attorney to join our team on a hybrid basis.

Insurance Defense Attorney Job Type:
Full-time, Hybrid Responsibilities:
Handle a range of cases in general liability and premises liability. Provide strong legal representation for clients, effectively managing cases from inception to resolution. Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys, leveraging your legal knowledge to contribute to successful case outcomes. Conduct depositions, mediations, and appear in court as necessary. Analyze case law, prepare briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to practice law in Tennessee 3+ years of experience in insurance defense, focusing on general liability and/or premises liability. Experience in New York Labor Law is a plus, but candidates with strong general liability/premises liability experience will be considered. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
