A warm, welcoming family is seeking an experienced, proactive, and dependable nanny to care for their three children! The family values creating a loving, respectful home while maintaining healthy structure and routines. Mom is currently a stay-at-home parent and is actively involved in the children's day-to-day activities. The two older children attend programs during the day, and Mom typically handles school drop-offs and pick-ups, with the nanny occasionally handling it as well! They are looking for someone who will become a trusted part of their family—someone who is nurturing, energetic, organized, and enjoys helping a busy household run smoothly. The family enjoys traveling and would love to find a nanny who is comfortable traveling domestically and internationally as needed to provide childcare during family trips.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 12:00-8:00pm with occasional travel Ideal Candidate Warm, patient, and nurturing Highly reliable and punctual Organized and proactive Professional with excellent communication skills Comfortable caring for infants through preschool-age children Able to multitask in a busy household Flexible with scheduling when needed Comfortable working alongside a stay-at-home parent Confident preparing healthy, home-cooked meals (Family Assistant role) Willing and able to travel with the family CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain certification) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, loving care for all three children Assist with morning routines and preparing children for school and activities Engage children in age-appropriate educational and creative activities Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children Maintain children's daily routines Assist with bath time and bedtime routines Encourage independence while providing loving guidance Support positive behavior using consistent and respectful discipline techniques Prepare meals Children's Household Responsibilities Clean up after meals and activities Wash bottles and children's dishes Keep children's bedrooms and play areas organized Clean and sanitize toys Children's laundry Help children complete age-appropriate chores Organize children's clothing and supplies This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting the entire household and takes initiative without needing constant direction.
