  • Hybrid Remote Founded in the 1980's, we are a full service law firm in 8 states with over 200 attorneys nationwide.

Base salary: $130

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary. Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
Required:
  • NY bar
  • Recent insurance defense experience You should know some of the following:
  • General, Premises Liability
  • MVA, Personal Injury
  • Construction Defect, NY Labor Law
  • Products Liability, Toxic Torts
  • Medical Malpractice
  • Insurance Coverage
