Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney
- Uniondale, New York
- Hybrid Remote Founded in the 1980's, we are a full service law firm in 8 states with over 200 attorneys nationwide.
Offer:
Base salary: $130- 200k

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary. Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trialsRequired:
