Role Description The Insurance Professional is a full-time, hybrid role based in Littleton, CO, with the flexibility to perform some work from home. In this position, the Insurance Professional will consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing quotes, processing applications, managing policy changes, and supporting claims-related inquiries. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following compliance and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with team members to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience. This position requires ongoing follow-up with policyholders to build strong relationships and help customers make informed financial and insurance decisions. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage to effectively advise customers on coverage options and policy solutions. Candidates should possess foundational skills in Finance to interpret policy details, assess risk, and support customers in making sound financial decisions. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain complex information clearly and build trust with a diverse customer base. Candidates should possess proven Customer Service skills to respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive, long-term relationships. Relevant qualifications include prior experience in insurance or financial services, familiarity with regulatory requirements, and proficiency with office and CRM software. Additional beneficial qualifications include state insurance licensing (or ability to obtain), strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work effectively both in-office and remotely.
