Long Beach | Torrance | San Diego A well-established Defense law firm with multiple office locations is seeking to expand their Insurance Defense team with a 3-5 years' Associate Attorney experienced in Longshore Workers Compensation and Defense Based Act, 3rd Party Insurance Defense , handling matters in Maritime and Admiralty Law, Federal LHWCA, cruise lines, shipping and cargo.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Experience in handling cases and filing claims; depositions; Section 905(b); representing employers, insurers, claims administrators; litigation experience preferred Strong academic, oral and written communication skills Licensed in CA Salary ranges for junior associates starting from $130K-$160K, DOE, to mid-level $150K-$170K+.This is a daily in-office role with flexible work-from-home days; benefits package, paid parking.
