Bar Admission:

Active Pennsylvania Bar License preferred (or ability to waive in)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, including developing and executing case strategy ✅ Conduct advanced legal research and draft high-level briefs, motions, and memoranda on complex legal issues ✅ Prepare and file pleadings, complaints, and other litigation documents involving sophisticated legal claims ✅ Manage all phases of discovery, including document review, production, and coordination in multi-party matters ✅ Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and experts ✅ Assist with hearings, oral arguments, and trial preparation ✅ Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients on high-impact litigation matters ✅ Support complex commercial litigation, class action, and regulatory matters ✅ Provide clients with strategic legal analysis and case updates

Qualifications:
