Our firm is expanding and seeking both a Mid-Level Litigation Associate and an experienced Trial Attorney to join our growing medical and professional malpractice defense practice. What You'll Do Handle medical and professional malpractice defense matters from inception through trial. Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery. Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions. Appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings. Participate in all phases of trial preparation and courtroom advocacy. Collaborate closely with partners while developing increasing independence and case ownership. Who We're Looking For 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Medical malpractice defense experience is preferred but not required. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Motivated to learn, grow, and develop courtroom experience. Trial Attorney First-chair medical malpractice trial experience strongly preferred.
