Responsibilities:

Take Defendant depositions (e.g. individual defendants, commercial motor vehicle drivers, corporate representatives) Attend and argue adversarial hearings Must be comfortable handling case strategy independently Collaborate with a high-performing litigation support team Prepare cases for trial and serve as first or second chair

Skills and Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Texas Texas litigation experience preferred Strong desire to become proficient in Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence Benefits include: 401 (k) with a match, health/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO, and gym membership, annual CLE allowance.
